Homeless man sleeping in front of home gets water dumped on him while sleeping.

It's one thing to run someone away. It's another to dump water on a man while he is sleeping. In a recent video a homeless man was asked to not sleep in front of someone's home. When he didn't comply water was poured on him. That is not right!
